Rental Policy

Reservations

It's easy to make a reservation at The BASH! via our website, by phone, or in person at our warehouse. A reservation guarantees your order will be held exclusively for you on the date you requested. Payment is due in full when you make your reservation.

We require a credit card for all rental orders. We may accept a business check or cash payment for the rental items in addition to keeping a valid credit card on file for your order. The credit card is kept on file for damaged items, unreturned products or additional charges. Please see Cancellations below for more details.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value, quality or functionality for all rentals.

Pricing

When you rent an item, you will be charged for the "time out" whether you use that item or not. Prices shown on our website are for one-day rentals, but you can arrange extensions if you call us (at extra cost).

Rent By The Week

Special rental prices for long term rentals can be arranged by emailing a request or calling us.

Delivery / Pick-up Services

Delivery is available in metro Atlanta only. Pricing is based on a flat fee plus distance from our store. Please note that customer or his/her representative must be present during the delivery and the pick-up of the items. If no one is present when our delivery driver arrives at the pre-determined delivery/pick-up time, we will attempt to call the contact number you provided during booking. If we are unable to make contact with you or your representative and you do not arrive within fifteen minutes, your rentals will be returned to our warehouse. We will continue to try to contact you throughout the day to make alternate delivery plans. Redelivery will result in additional charges over and above your initial non-refundable delivery fee.

Delivery is to first floor level. If items are requested to be delivered to a different area, an additional charge will occur. Delivery does not include set-up or breakdown of items, unless otherwise stated in the online description of the rental item.

After use equipment should be stacked and ready for pick-up, in the same drop off location.

Once you book your order, a staff member will call or email you to arrange or confirm a delivery date and time. You can type any special delivery requests in the text box provided during the ordering process.

Rental items are delivered by truck. Our employee will ask you to examine the rental items thoroughly, demonstrate how to use all equipment and answer any questions you may have. Deliveries outside of our standard days/times are possible for an additional fee.

Cancellation for Tents, Tent Lighting, Sidewalls & Tent Accessories:

If you need to cancel your tent, you will receive 50% of the tent / tent accessories cost back in the form of a store credit which can be used up to three years. 50% of the tent cost is non-refundable. No credit is available once we have packed the tent into our truck (which is typically 24 hours before the delivery time). Credit cards will be held on file until all rental items are returned. Late fees or replacement costs for damaged or non-returned items will be billed to the card on file.

Cancellation for non-Tent Related Rental Items:

If you need to cancel your non-tent related rental items, for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a 100% store credit to be used within one year. No credit is available once you pick up your items and sign for them or once our staff has packed your order in the delivery vehicle. Please note that rental fees are charged on a "time out" basis. You are charged whether you use the item or not. Credit cards will be held on file until all rental items are returned. Late fees or replacement costs for damaged or non-returned items will be billed to the card on file.

Cancellation for Sale Items:

Sale items are non-returnable.

Customer Responsibilities

Please make sure that you inspect all items before you leave our warehouse or before the delivery driver leaves your location. Once you have taken possession of the item(s), you will be deemed to have acknowledged that it is acceptable and in good working condition and you are responsible for it. Use common sense and only use rental items for their intended purpose to ensure that an item is not damaged by misuse. You will be charged for all items damaged during the rental period. Normal wear and tear on an item is expected and will not result in an additional charge.

When you book an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the affirmation and liability release (the "Release") as required by The BASH! Party Rentals & Sales and, regardless of whether you have signed such document, hereby agree to the terms thereof. You will obtain a signed release form from all participants using the products or equipment during the rental period and hereby agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend all releases (as defined in the release) from any failure to obtain such releases and for any damage caused from the use of the products and equipment during the rental period.
